Alarm Terminal Block Closures: Contains four groups of terminals for
connecting external Telco alarm devices according to Critical, Major,
and Minor severities. Devices can be controlled using Common,
Normally Open method. The IN connector is for Shelf (User-Defined)
connections, which are to be implemented in a future version.
