  If your Aurora Control Unit PVI-Desktop doesn't switch on, it might be due to a totally flat battery. Connect the provided power supply and check if the orange LED turns on, then switch the system on. Alternatively, connect the power supply and press the system reset key using a stylus pen.

  If daily graphs do not appear on your Aurora Control Unit, it could be due to a failed SD card writing. Verify that the SD card is not read-only and that the SD card selector is not in the ‘Lock’ position. Also, verify that the SD card content can be read by a standard SD reader.

  Failed configuration and inverter recognition could be due to wrong PVI-Radiomodule card setting. Check that in configuration mode all PVI- Radiomodule cards have a flashing orange LED. Please see the PVI-Radiomodule manual.

  If the downloaded historical data are not aligned with those of the inverters on your Aurora Control Unit, this could be due to a data synchronization error. Update the firmware using an SD Card (see Paragraph 6.3.2).
