Section 5 The disassembly and the relating attention issues to the part of
AUX product
Attention: Turn off the air-conditioner and pull out the plug of the power supply before the
service.
Part 1 Indoor unit:
No. Part Operation Process Remark
1 Panel 1) Turn off the air-conditioner and cut off
the power supply;
2) Tear the adhesive tape sticking to the
panel.
3) Hold the handles at both sides of the
panel and push upward to have it slip
out;
4) Grasp the both sides of the panel and
push upward;
5) Turn the upper board by 90°and unload
it from the connecting pole carefully;
6) Take out the filter from the right and left
side.
7) Screw off the bolts on the electrical box
cover and unload the box cover;
8) Screw off the 5 bolts (for 1Hp AC) or 8
bolts (for 1.5Hp AC) on the medium
frame;
9) Hold the both sides of the medium
frame and open it gently;
10) Turn up the medium frame by about
90°;
11) Offload the medium frame once hearing
the crack sound;
