Amber / blinking Power budget exceeded.
Green / steady Link established but no data activity.
Green / blinking There is activity on this port. The blinking rate indicates
the level of activity.
Off No link.

Both Off No XFP installed.
The Amber LEDs are usually only used during the boot process. Under normal operation,
Green is the only color the XFP LED should emit.
