Entry Test
Entry test: it visualises the control signals entry
status; press ENT to enter the functions.
1. FU (forward travel end): take the slice
receiving tray to the cutting travel end, if the
visualisation changes from “0” to “1” it
means that the travel end works properly.
2. FD (backward travel end): take the slice
receiving tray to the travel end near the
operator side; if the changes from “0” to “1 “
It means that the end travel works properly.
3. CL (free feed carriage): turn the carriage
release handle to right and to left; the
status “1” of the manual working and the
status “0” of the automatic working will be
visualised.
4. BC (product holder clamping). “1 “ means
that the product holder is clamped, “0”
means that it Is not clamped; push the
product holder to the travel end near the
operator side, the changing of the status
means that the travel end works properly.
5. En (Encoder signal): moving slowly the
product holder the visualised value changes
from “1” to “0” continuously, this means that
the encoder works properly.
6. E (emergency). pressing the emergency
push-button or releasing the blade cover
fastener the visualised value is “0”;
releasing the emergency button or screwing
the blade cover fastener the visualisation
“1” reappears.
