Account Management: Used to define users and set user’s privileges including
using the copy, E-mail, cloud, or filing function of the product by assigning an
account’s authentication method.
Enable Security
Management
Check to implement security by setting up
accounts and enabling LDAP authentication.
Check to allow guest accounts.
Enable LDAP Authentication
Check to enable LDAP authentication.
Check the names of functions (ShortCut, Cloud,
E-mail, Filing, BM2 Air, AP Mode, Scancast) to
be allowed to perform.
Setup a new account.
Enter User Name, Password, E-mail Address,
check the functions to be allowed to perform,
and check if using LDAP authentication.
Delete a current account.
Modify information of a current account.
Firmware Update: Obtain the latest firmware file from the web site
(www.avision.com) first. And then click [Browse] to find the file on your
computer. Finally click [Update] to update the latest firmware to the product.
