WATER PUMP
• Check the water pump shaft position with water
Pump gear shaft.
• Apply engine oil on
the O-ring of water
pump.
• Install water pump.
• Tighten the screws.
STARTER CUP
• Apply engine oil to
the O-ring and lip of
the oil seal.
• Install the starter
cup.
• Tighten the starter
cup nut by using a
suitable bar.
• Starter cup nut: 30 -34 ft. lbs.
