a. Oil strainer cleaning/replacement:
• Oil strainer is located inside the Oil drain nut
• Replace as per PM Schedule
b. Replace Oil filter:
• Located as shown in picture,
• Replace Oil filter as per PM schedule
• Ensure Oil filter ‘O’ ring is intact before fitment of oil filter. Wetten the “O” ring with a few drops of engine
oil.
• Fit & fully tighten the oil filter using special tool. Start the engine & check for oil leakages if any
c. Fuel filter replace:
• Located on fuel line near Petrol tank assy. Is accessible through the inspection window below the rear
passenger seat.
• Assemble as shown in picture. Ensure all clips are properly fitted to avoid fuel leakages.
Danger :
- The fuel in the fuel tank expands when warm & can escape if overfilled.
- Do not refuel the vehicle in the vicinity of open flames or lit cigarettes.
- Switch off the engine for refueling.
