1. Hydraulic oil lter(s):
Must be replaced after FIRST 10 HOURS OF
OPERATION, USE A 10 MICRON FILTER. After rst
change replace oil lter every 3 months or 400 hours.
2. Grease discharge swivel plates:
Grease swivel plates for discharge as needed.
3. High pressure oil lter(s) (if equipped):
Must be replaced after FIRST 10 HOURS OF
OPERATION. After rst change replace oil lter every
3 months or 400 hours.
3 MONTH MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE
1. Hydraulic oil:
Change hydraulic oil and ush the hydraulic reservoir
tank.
2. Hydraulic suction screen(s):
Change hydraulic suction screen(s) yearly or every
2000 hours.
3. Fuel tank:
Drain and clean the fuel tank yearly.
YEARLY MAINTENANCE
1. Pump bearing block:
Pack the female splines of the pump bearing block
every 6 months or every 1000 hours with an EP-2
Lithium type grease. See page 68.
6 MONTH MAINTENANCE
