How to fix Bard Diagnostic Equipment when it will not power on?
    • C
      Cassandra ChenAug 7, 2025
If your Bard Diagnostic Equipment system doesn't power on, and the power LED isn't lit, the fan isn't running, and there's no display, first, ensure you press the power button for at least one second. If that doesn't work, plug the unit into a working outlet to charge the battery, as it may be discharged. Also, check the AC adapter by plugging the unit into a known working outlet and verifying the power LED on the scanner assembly is blinking. If it's not, measure voltage levels on the DIN connector; the DIN Shield is GND, and pins 1 & 3 should read approximately 15VDC.
