Fluorescence spectra
Introduction This topic shows sample emission spectra from common
fluorochromes, as well as the more common laser excitation lines.
This information is useful for designing multicolor panels. An

Designing
multicolor panels
The BD FACSCelesta flow cytometer is designed specifically for
multicolor research. Results depend on the excitation and emission
spectra of the individual dye, the number of fluorescently labeled
binding sites on the cell, as well as spectral overlap and spillover to
