2. Enter a setup name and click Link & Save.
The compensation is linked to the cytometer settings and saved
to the catalog.
To help track compensation setups, include the experiment
name, date, or both in the setup name.
The compensation setup is linked to the MyExperiment
cytometer settings, and subsequent acquisitions in
MyExperiment are performed with the new compensation
settings.
We recommend that you always visually and statistically inspect
automatically calculated spectral overlap values. The medians of
the positive controls should be aligned with the medians of the
negative controls.
