The Stethoscope function is useful for detecting machine
sound irregularities, such as load shocks and scraping.
1. Connect your headphones to the output connector
(A) via the cable adapter (option 18103).
2. From the Main display (B), use the arrow keys to enter
the Stethoscope function (C).
3. Hold the probe tip or external transducer against the
object.
4. In the Stethoscope function, use the UP/DOWN arrow
keys to adjust the volume (1-7).
To return to the Main display, press the BACK key.
NOTE! Setting the volume to the maximum level may
harm your hearing.
