Teach-in the control pad:
Before first use, the SFR-1 must be taught-in on the control pad and the transmitter.
This works as follows:
1. Connect throttle channel, steering channel and all other proportional channels
you want to use to your receiver.
2. All channels must be in neutral position. Turn on receiver and SFR-1.
3. Activate the setup, with the blue „Setup“ button on the SFR-1 board, until the
green LED flashes fast. The blue LED flashes once.
4. Now briefly press the "Shift" key (top row, leftmost) on the control pad.
5. Then briefly press button No. 7 (top row, rightmost) on the control pad. The
blue LED lights up now.
6. Now press the blue Setup button again until the green LED stops blinking.
7. The teach-in process is finnished.
Afterwards it is recommended to check the evaluation of the buttons of the control
pad in the diagnosis (see page 90). With Prop # 3 or Prop # 4, pressing the button
will now also show the button numbers.
If the button numbers displayed in the diagnostics do not match the buttons pressed,
you may need to change the "Transmit Power" of the control pad (see control pad
manual).
