1 Clamp adjustment
The following assemblies must be distinguished in the
clamp area:
1. Clamp motor
2. Clamp carriage
3. Clamp drive belt
4. Clamp arms
5. Main clamp
1.1 Clamp drive belt
The clamp must stand in home position (like shown in
the upper picture).
The drive belt (1) must have enough tension that it gives
about 15 mm when loaded with 1 kg (in the middle bet-
ween both belt disks).
If required, loosen both fixing screws (2) and adjust the
set screws (3). Tighten the fixing screws (2) again.
