Note: Use the following decal for a general guide to
tyre pressures.
Warning
The pressures on the decal are cold inflation op-
erating and shipping pressures and will vary
according to application. Consult your tyre sup-
plier if in doubt.
Check the Final Drives
1. Ensure that there are no leaks around the final
drive filler/level plugs (1) and drain plugs.
2. Ensure that the wheel nuts (2) are secure and
not damaged.
Check the Oscillation Through Drive
1. Ensure that the yokes, seal cover plates (1) and
top cover (2) are secure and undamaged.
Pneumatic System
Check the Air Reservoirs
1. Check the air reservoirs for damage and ensure
the valve (1) and mounting bolts (2), connec-
tions and pipes are secure.
Drain the Air Reservoirs
1. Drain the air reservoirs by holding open the
manually operated drain valves (1) until all mois-
ture has been expelled.
2. Check the air reservoirs for damage and ensure
the mounting bolts (2), connections and pipes
are secure.
Check the Air Drier/Unloader Valve
1. Open the transmission cooler box lid for access
to the air drier/unloader valve.
