The MST function does not work.
Make sure ON is selected under System > MST.
• Make sure the graphic card on your computer supports DP 1.4 for MST.
• The compatibility of each computer varies by hardware and/or software. You may need
to go through all the cables, specifications and settings to ensure that your system
supports MST. If your computer is a Mac, try with a Windows system. MST is available on
a Mac OS via Thunderbolt connection only.
No video or audio output from the laptop with USB-C™ connection.
Check the cable connections and menu settings in the following order.
• Check if the USB-C™ cable has been connected to the monitor and the laptop properly.
See Connect the PC video cable on page 21 for more information.
• Check if the input source has been selected to USB-C from Input.
