11.5.1 Replacing the damper motor
18. Disconnect the main power and shut off the fuel supply.
19. Disconnect the electrical contact from the damper motor.
20. Unscrew the two screws that hold the damper motor. Remove the
motor.
21. Fit the new motor. Ensure that the at surface of the motor shaft is
tted against the corresponding surface in the damper hole.
22. Connect the electrical contact to the damper motor.
23. Switch on the main power and open the fuel supply.
24. Start burner and check/adjust combustion.

When servicing/replacing components which aect the
combustion, gas side leakage analysis and check should be
performed on the system.

Before obtaining access to electrical and fuel line components
all supply circuits must be disconnected.
