Actuator is delivered in a cardboard box and should be stored under a shelter, in a clean and dry place.
Actuator features lifetime lubrication and requires no specific maintenance, but check for condensation in wet atmospheres.
Actuator is supplied with adapters to ensure the output fits your valve shaft. Adapter can be oriented as parallel or diagonal square.
Verify power supply voltage, connector tightness, and actuator operation direction and stops after electrical wiring.
Cams rotate with the output shaft and trigger switches. Factory pre-set cams can be readjusted.
Actuator has 4 cams with 2 functions: travel limit and signalling. Signalling cams are not wired by default.
AQ1L & AQ3L have fixed mechanical stops. Travel limit settings are done by cams only. Procedure for adjusting cams for both directions.
AQ7L has mechanical stops and cams. Procedure to adjust mechanical stops and cams for both directions.
Board is factory pre-set. Setup is automatic. Perform sequence by pressing SW1 push button for 5 seconds.
Use SW2 dip switches to set closing direction and fallback position in case of signal loss. Must be done with power off.
Procedure to restart the actuator after torque limitation by switching off power, checking the issue, fixing it, and switching power on again.
