• Using the small screwdriver and brush/needle insertion tool, remove the right needle.
• Snug the needle set screw after removing the needle.
• Following the diagrams in the Owner’s manual, thread the serger for a wide 3-thread
overlock stitch.
• Set all thread tension levers between 3-5 (normal).
• Adjust cutting width to 2mm (normal).
• Adjust stitch length to 2.5mm (normal).
• Fold the fabric in half to 2½” X 6”.
• Serge along the folded edge of the fabric.
• Trim and mount the sample.
