3 - FRONT OF THE Espas 20I STATION
The Espas 20I station can operate in the following modes:
Operating mode Description
NORMAL
The station is enabled to grant access to occasional users (who
are required to collect a ticket), operators /season ticket holders
that must produce their card or ticket)
ONLY CARD Only season ticket holders are allowed
ONLY TICKET Season ticket holders are not allowed
AUTOMATIC
The barrier lifts as soon as the vehicle enters the detection
loop on the front of the station and closes once the vehicle has
passed.
OPEN The barrier is always open.
CLOSED No vehicle is allowed in.
It is possible to set the operating mode using the menu of the Deneb board. Follow the in-
structions in chapter “CONFIGURATION MENU STRUCTURE”.
4 - OPERATION
All the elements required to operate the station are located on the front panel, at a suitable
height so that a driver can easily perform all the necessary operations.
A - Button to display the number emergency
number to call, or entry
call with a digital or IP system (optional)
B - 20x2 alphanumeric LCD display
to display instruction messages
C - Illuminated anti-tampering button
to issue the parking ticket
D -125KHz RFID proximity reader
for operators’ cards and pass season tickets
E - Parking ticket issue slot
F - Season ticket reading scanner
(only in the Espas 20 Hotel versions)
