• To obtain stiff milk froth (cappuccino), do not insert cappuccino maker (9) too far down into container and
slowly move it up and down so that it the whole surface is ‘worked’ (fi g.“S”).
• To obtain optimum froth use cold or room temperature milk.
Every time any kind of liquid has been heated, especially milk, dispense steam for a few seconds into
an empty container.
