The ue gas outlet MUST NOT BE CONNECTED TO:
Exhaust pipe that is used by other combustion appliances (boilers,
stoves, replaces, etc.);
Ventilation systems (hoods, vent fans, etc.).
It is forbidden to install chimney draft stabilisers!
Chimney connection Ø80mm from the pellet boiler to the chimney should
be:
maximum 5m long (in the case of a longer connection, the dimension of
the connecting pipe should be increased to Ø130mm);
each elbow at a 90 ° angle requires a 1m shorter chimney connection;
each elbow must be tted with a cleaning door;
the joints between the connecting pipes must be sealed.
If there is too much resistance in the exhaust system (many elbows,
unsuitable terminals, bottlenecks, etc.), ue gas discharge is impeded, so it
is necessary to increase the diameter of the connecting pipes and elbows,
i.e. to Ø130 mm. Similarly, where the chimney does not allow the proper
discharge of ue gases, it may result in a malfunction and trigger the alarm
of the boiler Biodom 27 A. It is recommended that the chimney be inspect-
ed by a professional before installation of the Biodom 27 A boiler.
The ue gas exhaust system from the pellet boiler works on the basis of the under-pressure in
the boiler and the slight over-pressure pressure in the ue connection pipe Ø80mm. It is very
important that the ue gas outlet be sealed.
It is necessary to analyse the layout and structure of the room where the chimney is located.
If it passes through a wall and / or roof, it must be properly installed in accordance with re
safety standards.
Make sure there is sucient air supply in the room where the pellet boiler installed, for proper
combustion. If the Biodom 27 A boiler lacks sucient oxygen-air, an alarm will appear on the
boiler. For external intake or outside air supply you need a pipe with a diameter of at least
110mm and a maximum length of 10m. For every elbow at an angle of 90 ° it is necessary to
deduct 1m from the length. If the air intake is longer, the diameter of the air supply pipe must
be increased.
In the case of a grille on the façade, the intake opening must be 100 cm² or larger.
The device operates at 220V-50Hz. Check that the electrical cables are not located under the
boiler and that they are far away from hot surfaces and do not touch sharp parts that can
damage them. If the pellet boiler operates under excessive voltage, the service life of electrical
components is much shorter.
Never switch off the boiler by unplugging the electrical cable from the
socket while the boiler is still operating. This can damage the boiler and
seriously jeopardise its proper operation.
