7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE IGNITION AND SAFE CLEANING
NEVER use heating oil, lamp oil or any other ammable liquid for igniting
the pellet boiler.
Keep all ammable liquids away from the boiler whileit works.
Make sure that the boiler is positioned correctly and does not move.
Make sure that you have closed the rebox properly and that it is closed
while the pellet boiler is running.
Only vacuum the ash when the pellet boiler is cold.
Do not use abrasives to clean the pellet boiler.
7.1. REGULAR BOILER MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Using a vacuum cleaner with a separator will make it easier for you to clean the ash from the
boiler.
Observe the following safety precautions before beginning any mainte-
nance, including cleaning:
Switch off the boiler before starting any work
Make sure that pellet boiler and the ashes in it are cold!
Vacuum the ash from the combustion chamber after consuming 1 ton of pellets, also clean the
space at the bottom of the exchanger on the right side of the boiler
We recommend that you inspect and clean the ash from the bottom of the combustion cham-
ber at each cleaning.
Cleaning
Open the lower left door as shown in the picture, pull out and empty the ashtray
