7.2. INSPECTION AND PARTS THAT REQUIRE MAINTENANCE
CHECK THE FOLLOWING POINTS TO ENSURE THAT THE PELLET BOILER WORKS CORRECT-
LY. THIS WILL INCREASE ITS EFFICIENCY AND THE HEAT RELEASED INTO THE SYSTEM
WILL BE GREATER:
Make sure the pellet boiler and the ash in it are cold!
For complete cleaning, it is necessary to vacuum the ash from under the heating vessel
and from the combustion chamber. You can use a brush to clean the walls of the replace.
Cleaning the ue gas fan is done by removing the fan shield and cleaning the fan blades
with a brush.
GENERAL POST-SEASONAL or PRE-SEASONAL BOILER CLEANING:
Make sure the pellet boiler and the ash in it are cold! Disconnect the power
supply!
Switch off boiler from the mains after the heating season is over. It is very important to
clean and inspect the boiler in the manner described in instructions.
The door seal, which is attached with re-resistant adhesive, may come off after a long
period of time. To reattach it, a reproof adhesive / silicone must be applied to the back of
the seal. This ensures hermetic sealing of the rebox door.
CHIMNEY CONNECTION - CHIMNEY (at the end of each heating season it must be cleaned):
Make sure the pellet boiler and the ash in it are cold!
The chimney ue, chimney and chimney cap must be inspected and cleaned every year.
Contact your chimney sweep for professional chimney cleaning.
7.3. ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE
Your pellet boiler is a heat generator in which pellets are used. Once a year, it requires a special
type of maintenance by authorized personnel of the company BIODOM 27 d.o.o.
With regular annual service, you will maintain the good operation of the heating device, ensure
its greater eciency, maintain the validity of the warranty and extend the life of the device itself.
The type of work described in the previous chapter is recommended to be performed after the
end of the heating season. Their purpose is to check and ensure the smooth operation of all
components.
