15. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
OVERVIEW:
For the warranty to be fully valid as written in EEC Directive 1999/44 / E (42/2002), the user
must carefully follow the instructions in this document, in particular:
Use the pellet boiler to the best of its ability, in accordance with the conditions set out in
the instructions for use;
Maintain the pellet boiler in a diligent and constant manner;
Observe all safety measures in accordance with applicable laws;
Avoid any unprofessional interference with the boiler;
Use only original spare parts.
WARRANTY TIME CONDITIONS:
The warranty for all Biodom products is valid for 24 months from the date of rst start-up,
provided that a regular service inspection is performed no later than 12 months from the date
of start-up.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
1. We declare:
that the product will function properly during the warranty period if used in accordance
with the intended use and if the enclosed Instructions for use and maintenance are fol-
lowed;
that it will be for the duration of the warranty
The company Biodom, through authorised service companies, will eliminate all faults-er-
rors due to which the device does not work in accordance with its purpose, no later than
45 days from the written report of the fault or errors;
that the product that is not repaired within the said period will be replaced with a new
one at the request of the warranty holder and the warranty period will be extended by the
duration of the repair;installation is guaranteed by an authorized service company with a
signature and stamp on the issued warranty.
2. Warranty claims:
The warranty is valid provided that:
The buyer has a valid document (invoice) issued by the seller.
The combustion appliance has been installed by a qualied and / or trained person who
assesses whether the appliance meets all the technical characteristics of the system
where the appliance will be installed and which must necessarily comply with the re-
quirements stated in the instructions.
The pellet boiler is used in accordance with the instructions for use.
The warranty is claimed from the dealer where you purchased the device.
When reporting a fault, provide an exact description of the fault / error.
3. Service and replacement time:
the warranty period in which we provide service and spare parts for the smooth use of
the product is 5 years from the date of rst start-up;
4. The guarantee does not apply or does not cover damage caused by:
Weather, chemical or electro-chemical effects, lightning strikes, natural disasters and /
or natural disasters, improper use of the product, poor maintenance, product changes
or product browsing, chimney inadequacy or ineciency, and other non-product causes
