such as incorrect or improper installation;Burning of materials that do not correspond to
the type of material specied in these instructions;
Any damage caused by / during transport, so it is necessary to carefully check the re-
ceived goods upon delivery. In the event that it is damaged, the seller must be notied
immediately and the damage must be recorded on the acceptance document or delivery
note;
If the start-up was carried out by a company that did not obtain the appropriate authori-
zation for Biodom products;
If the product has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized person;
If the user does not follow the instructions for use and maintenance;
If faults or malfunctions occur in the Biodom heating device due to defects in equipment
from other manufacturers.
Liability of Biodom 27 doo is limited to the supply of the device. The unit must be installed
correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions as well as the applicable laws. In-
stallation must be carried out by qualied personnel designated by the manufacturer or agent
/ dealer

(and / or under its control and responsibility), which assumes all responsibility for the
nal installation and subsequent proper operation of the installed product. In case of non-com-
pliance with the conditions, the company Biodom d.o.o. is in no way responsible.
NOTE: Biodom 27 d.o.o. is not liable for any damage and consequences, even if they are the
result of replacing a malfunctioning part of the boiler.
Biodom 27 d.o.o. ensures that all its products are made from the highest quality materials and
work processes that ensure full eciency. If any defective or malfunctioning part occurs in the
event of normal use, it must be replaced.
PARTS SUBJECT TO NORMAL WEAR NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY ARE:
Seals and cast iron parts showing no sign of a defect attributable to a manufacturing de-
fect;
Colour changes, cracks and small dimensional changes are not justied and do not con-
stitute a reason for rejection because they are due to the natural characteristics of the
materials.
The warranty does not exclude consumer rights arising from the manufacturer's liability for
defects in goods.
LIABILITY:
Biodom 27 d.o.o. does not accept liability for any reimbursement of costs for direct or indirect
damage caused by the product or depending on the product.
SERVICE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD:
Biodom 27 d.o.o. responds to warranty-related problems only through its authorized representatives.
The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
COMPETENT COURT:
The Court in Koper has jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
In the event of replacement of spare parts, the warranty is not extended.
For the period of non-operation of the pellet boiler, the company Biodom 27 d.o.o. does not
accept liability for any reimbursement.
Biodom 27. is not responsible for errors in the instructions. We reserve the right to make chang-
es without prior notice.
