Error Cause - Solution
Ignition failed The boiler failed to start
Check the condition of the boiler, clean the rebox and try
to restart the boiler.
Pressure fuse The boiler is not properly sealed
Check that all doors are closed properly.
If the error persists, contact a service centre.
No pellets Lack of pellets in the burning phase.
Fill the hopper with pellets.
STB thermal protection STB - Thermal protection of the boiler - the boiler has
overheated
Check the condition of the boiler and, if no fault is found,
activate the fuse (on the right of
boiler near el. unscrew the connector black
cap and press the fuse)
and restart the boiler.
If the error persists, try reducing
boiler temperature or contact a service centre.
Firebox cleaning error The rebox cleaning motor is blocked
Lower quality pellets produce more slag, which can block
the engine.
Use the wrench provided to turn the motor shaft.
Max temp. ue gases Flue gas temperature too high
