management and processing of his personal data at any time.
Customer's statement of acquaintance with the instructions for proper use and maintenance and the warranty conditions of the product
I, the buyer / user, declare that I am familiar:
with the basic characteristics of the purchased pellet boiler;
with instructions for the use, maintenance and installation of the pellet boiler;
with safety warnings for the user;
with how to properly clean and maintain the pellet boiler;
with components that require additional maintenance;
with instructions on what kind of pellets I can use and with the method for proper storage of pellets;
with boiler operating modes;
with instructions on when to call a service technician and whom to contact in the event of a boiler failure;
with the warranty conditions.
The buyer / user declares: I am aware of the alarm statuses of the boiler, which are recorded in the instructions for use, maintenance and in-
stallation of the boiler. I am also aware of the extent to which I can take care of the maintenance and proper operation of the boiler my-
self and other cases in which case it is necessary to call a service technician. If the service technician, after a call from the customer / user, per-
forms an activity on the boiler that the customer / user should perform himself, such intervention shall be charged to the customer / user.
