07.2 Calibration
Plate calibration and leveling is one of the most important processes in 3D printing. By
making sure the plate is leveled, you are ensuring that the entire surface of the plat -
form is at the ideal nozzle distance.
the printed object to have an optimal adhesion to the printing plate and to ensure the
printing is successful

Level the plate
1. Tap the Control option on the left menu of the screen.
2. Tap the Bed Leveling option.
3. Wait while the Bed Temperature increases to the predefined temperature. We cali-
brate the bed using a printing temperature because it reduces the deviation error.
4. Follow the indications on the screen to adjust the height of the plate by turning the
Plate knob adjacent to the nozzle position in the correct direction (you will have to
adjust two knobs).
5. Execute the level plate, at the moment of instalation, with it at least two times. If
the printer is moved from the original place or some maintenance is done to the
printing plate then the calibration process should be done again to ensure a correct
levelling.

Operation
We advise the operator to regularly level the plate. This is crucial for the first layer of
