WARNING!!
DO NOT spray the oven with a water jet.
DAILY
1. Saturate a cloth with light oil. Wipe the oven exterior
when it is cold. Dry the oven with a clean cloth.
2. Clean stainless surfaces with a non-toxic industrial
stainless steel cleaner. Apply the cleaner when the
oven is cold, and always rub with the grain of the
metal.
3. Clean the porcelain interior with a non-toxic industrial
porcelain cleaner.
WEEKLY
1. Remove the racks and rack support. Soak them in a
solution of ammonia and water.
2. Clean the air intakes on a weekly basis. Air intakes
provide necessary cooling air to the internal compo-
nents. They are generally located on the rear and
sides of the equipment.
EVERY 12 MONTHS
For all oven models:
1. Check the main electrical connection
2. Remove the blower whel. Soak in a solution of am-
monia and water.
For gas models only:
1. Check the venting system for possible deterioration
resulting from moisutre and corrosive ue products.
2. Check and adjust the gas setting.
