(e) Double-click the serial port icon . If connection succeeds,
the serial port icon and Bluetooth device icon will turn green, as
shown in Fig. 2-27. At the same time, a virtual COM port will be
created in the computer.

Note: Please remember the name of the virtual COM port, and
make sure the communication port of the data analysis
software is consistent with this COM port. If the user fails to
remember the name of the virtual COM port, he or she can
view the port name by clicking “+” before “Port (COM and
LPT)” in “Device Manager” of the computer, as shown in Fig.
2-28.
