Step 9 Adjust the Eccentric Spacers until the SG20U
Bearings are snug against the Rails.
When adjusted, the position of the right and left Eccentric
Spacers should mirror each other.
The SG20U Bearings should be snug against the Rail. Use
your finger to roll the Bearing. It should not spin in place.
