E/ Installing the DCF antenna
The radio-synchronised board sets itself to the correct time automatically.
If reception is di󰀩cult, this process can take several hours (signal reception is generally easier at
night).
Connect the non-polarised antenna to the terminal strip on the electronic board. The antenna must
be placed outside the scoreboard casing.
F/ Installation of the temperature probe
The probe is shipped in the master casing. It must be remove from the casing.
Mount the probe in a shaded, ventilated and sheltered from the rain spot. The spot must be chosen
carefully to garantee an accurate temperature reading.
To avoid thermal conduction, do not let the rosin part touche anything.
The probe is calibrated at the factory at 20°C. Due to the cable length it may be necessary to adjust
the setting:
- Place a thermometer near the probe.
- Adjust the temperature if necessary with an o󰀨set in the «technician menu» (page 28).
Connect the probe to the terminal block of the electronic card (see wiring diagram on previous page).
