E/ Installing the DCF antenna
• The radio-synchronised board sets itself to the correct time automatically.
• If reception is dicult, this process can take several hours (signal reception is generally easier at
night).
• Connect the non-polarised antenna to the terminal strip on the electronic board. The antenna must
be placed outside the scoreboard casing.
F/ Installation of the temperature probe
• The probe is shipped in the master casing. It must be remove from the casing.
• Mount the probe in a shaded, ventilated and sheltered from the rain spot.The spot must be chosen
carefully to garantee an accurate temperature reading.
To avoid thermal conduction, do not let the rosin part touche anything.
• The probe is calibrated at the factory at 20°C. Due to the cable length it may be necessary to adjust
the setting:
- Place a thermometer near the probe.
- Adjust the temperature if necessary with an oset in the «technician menu» (page 28).
• Connect the probe to the terminal block of the electronic card (see wiring diagram on previous page).
