9.5 Setting the DHW
9.5.1 DHW on/off
Press the button repeatedly until the symbol or the
flashing is displayed.

Press + or button to set the desired hot water use:
= DHW mode
+ Eco = Eco mode
= DHW mode off
Press ok to save the setting.
The tick symbol is displayed briefly to confirm that the setting
has been saved.

The burner symbol is displayed when there is a DHW demand.
DHW or Eco mode?
DHW mode
If the temperature in the hot water tank falls by more than 5 K (° C)
below the set temperature, the hot water tank is heated back up to
the set temperature. The control then switches back into heating
mode.
Eco mode
If the temperature in the hot water tank falls by more than 10 K (° C)
below the set temperature, the hot water tank is heated back up to
the set temperature. The control then switches back into heating
mode.
9.5.2 Setting the DHW temperature
DHW or Eco mode, ( section 9.5).
Press the button.
The set DHW temperature flashes.

Press the + or button, to select the desired DHW temperature, set
between 40 and 60 °C.
Press the ok button to save the setting.
The tick symbol is displayed briefly, to confirm that the setting
has been saved.

9.6 Control unit setting
Some of the features described in this section change when connected
to another control unit (e.g. FW100), some of those features are:
communication with the control unit and base controller
setting parameters
No hot water will be available if the DHW mode has been
set to off.

It is recommend that the temperature is set to at least
55 °C to prevent bacterial contamination, such as
Legionella.
Control unit instructions
The instructions will show you how to:
set the mode and the heating curve using feedback
from an outside temperature sensor.
set the room temperature.
heat economically and save energy.
