Marking of the Magnifier
(
see Figure
)
Place the power tool in the working position.
Slide the parallel fence 7 from the right until it touches
the saw blade.
Checking:
The marking in the magnifier 61 must be in line with the
0° mark of the scale 13.
Adjusting:
Loosen the screw 67 with a commercially available
Phillips screwdriver and align the marking along the 0°
mark.
Play of the Sliding Table

If the play of the sliding table 1 becomes too large after
frequent use, tighten the adjustment screws 68.
Storage and Transport
Before all work on the machine, pull the mains
plug.
Storing the Power Tool
For storage, the power tool provides the possibility of
securely attaching the pusher piece, the fences and
the spare saw blade. The respective positions are
shown in Figure .
Latch the yellow safety flap 28 and lock the locking le$
ver 23 of the sliding table 1.
Place the power tool in the transport position.
Remove the auxiliary parallel fence 48 from the parallel
fence 7.
Place the fences (7, 16, 48) on the right and attach the
pusher piece 22.
A spare saw blade can be attached with the aid of the
attachment screw 18 on the left.
Wrap the mains cable around the cable holders 29.
Carrying the Power Tool
When lifting the power tool, always lift slowly with a
straight back and bent knees to help prevent back in$
juries.
For lifting and transporting, take hold only by the hand$
hold recesses 69 on the sides of the saw table (see
Figure ).
For transporting the power tool, use only the transport
devices and never the table extension 2 or the table
width extension 9.
