2. Switch off the supply voltage.
3. If operated with a UPS, wait until the control cabinet PC switches off
automatically. The UPS LED on the connector panel of the control cabinet
PC is red until the UPS switches off the internal power supply unit.
4. Remove all plugs.
5. Remove the screw of the hard disk cover on the front panel of the control
cabinet PC. Now the hard disk carrier including the hard disk(s) can be
pulled out from the housing.

6. The new hard disk parameters are detected automatically by the system. If
the operating system does not boot automatically after switch-on, do
interrupt the power supply for at least ten seconds and then restart.
7. After booting the control cabinet PC, restore the user data and the
operating system settings for the normal operation.
If an SSD (Solid State Drive) is used, avoid defragmentation. Thus,
the wear of the SSD reduces.

The fan is located on the top in the PC box.
