4.2 Overview of main menu items and their functions

The BT 6.190 permits the operation and programming of spot seam
timers, including all the parameters required for welding.
The BOS user interface must be used for additional functions such
as error allocation, backup/restore, switching the SST, logs or the
time.
D Procedure
Function key F1 for direct selection. Possibilities:
− Display and change important parameters of the individual seam
programs (e.g. sequeeze times, under−current times incl. the per-
formances of individual blocks, pause times, current increase/de-
crease times and holding times ).
− The desired seam program (0 to 31) is selected in the display line
(”Program_”).
D Monitoring
Function key F2 for direct selection. Possibilities:
− Activate/deactivate current monitoring (this can be set separately
for each individual block program)
− Display and modify tolerance limits (this can be set separately for
each individual block program)
− The desired seam program (0 to 31) is selected in the display line
(”Program_”).
You can then sequentially move through the individual block pro-
grams.
D Last run
Function key F3 for direct selection. Possibilities:
− Information about which seam program ran last in the timer
− For all block programs: display of reference/actual current and av-
erage phase angle in the last run
D Correction
Function key F5 for direct selection. Possibilities:
− Display and modify the corrections for performance and pressure,
separate for seam programs 0 to 31 and the used electrode
D Pressure
Possibilities:
− Display and modify the basic pressure (separate for the individual
seam programs 0 to 31)
D Diagnosis
Possibilities:
− Status display of all I/O signals
