Operation
4.4 Quick mode
Use the direct selection mode to immediately open a certain screen wit-
hin any sublevel.
L Proceed as follows:
. At any time, you can press
the
key to return to the uppermost menu level, or
the
key to return to the previously displayed menu level.
1. Press the
F
key.
The BT 6.190 switches to direct selection mode. This is indicated by
lighting of the integrated key LED.
The screen for selecting a parameter number appears:
1st line: DIRECT MODE
2nd line:Program <No.>
3rd line: Parameter number <No.>
4th line: <Description of the parameter in plain text>
2. If a specificseam program must be selected, use the
or button
to move the cursor into the 2nd line and set the desired number.
To do this, use the numeric keys or keys
+
or
−
.
3. If you used the numeric keys to make the selection, press
to select
the displayed number.
4. Use the
or key to move the cursor into the 3rd line and set the
desired parameter number with the numeric keys or keys
+
or
−
.
The following table provides an overview of the available parameter
numbers.
5. If you used the numeric keys to select the parameter, press
to se-
lect the displayed parameter number.
. Line 4 shows the associated parameter name in plain text. If a para-
meter number that is unavailable or undefined is selected, the BT
6.190 issues the text ”not available” in line 4.
6. Press the
F
key.
The BT 6.190 switches to the selected sublevel. The integrated key
LED goes out.
