18 Troubleshooting

▶ If the power cord of this appliance becomes damaged, it must be replaced with
a special cord available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
Malfunction Cause and troubleshooting
E:30-00 lights up alternately

Water supply hose is kinked.
▶ Route the water supply hose without kinks.
Tap is closed.
▶ Turn on the tap.
Tap is clogged or calcified.
▶ Turn on the tap.
The amount of water flowing in when the tap is
open is at least 10 l/min.
The filters in the water connection of the supply or
AquaStop hose are clogged.
1.Switch off the device.
2.Remove the plug from the socket.
3.Turn off the tap.
4.Unscrew the water connection.
