Poor volume or audio
balance from your
connected Bose
Ultra Open Earbuds
when Personal
Surround is enabled
You can adjust the earbud volume, center channel level, or height
and surround channel level relative to the soundbar using the Bose
app. To access these options, on the main screen, tap on the
volume slider for the group.
Can’t access
shortcuts on your
connected Bose
Ultra Open Earbuds
By default, Personal Surround is enabled when you connect your
Bose Ultra Open Earbuds to the soundbar (see page 35). Your
shortcuts are disabled on both earbuds while Personal Surround is
enabled. To access your shortcuts, disable Personal Surround using
the Bose app. You can access this option from the main screen.
