The profile have eight operating modes:
Mode Description Indication
Run
In run mode, the profiler varies the set point
according to the stored profile values.
Hold
In hold mode, the profile is forzen at its
current point. In this state you can make
temporary changes to any profile
parameter( for example, a target set point,
a dwell time or the time remaining in the
current segment ). Such changes will only
remain effective until the profile is reset and
run again, when they will be overwritten by
the stored profile values.
