4. The engine is over heated
Is the coolant lever low?
•
Rell the coolant.
•
Is the fan belt slack or damaged?
•
Adjust or replace the fan belt.
•
Is the radiator core clogged?
•
Clean the radiator core
•
Is the engine oil lever low?
•
Rell the engine oil.
•
Is the engine running under too much load?
•
Reduce the load.
•
5. The engine power is too weak.
Is the air cleaner clogged?
•
Inspect the air cleaner
•
Is the nozzle stained with carbon?
•
Contact the dealer for repair
•
Is the compression force weak?
•
Is the valve clearance adjusted properly?
•
Is the injection timing bad?
•
6. Coolant warning lamp is in during operation.
Is the coolant level in the reservoir low?
•
Rell the coolant
•
7. Engine oil warning lamp is on during op-
eration.
Is the engine oil level low?
•
Rell the engine oil
•
Is the viscosity of the engine oil low?
•
Replace the engine oil with the one with
proper viscosity.
•
Is the pressure switch defective?
•
Replace the switch
•
Is the oil pump defective?
•
Contact dealer for repair
•
8. Thermostat lamp is not turned on.
Is the fuse burnt out?
•
Replace the fuse
•
9. Battery warning lamp is on during oper-
ation.
Is the regulator (current limit) defective?
•
Contact dealer for repair
•
Is the fan belt slack or damaged?
