SITUATION INSPECTION ITEM SOLUTION
1. The motor does not start when the main
switch is turned to START.
Are you depressing the clutch?
•
Depress the clutch fully and turn the
main switch to START
•
Is the battery solution enough?
Is the battery discharged?
•
•
Fill the battery solution and fully charge
the battery.
•
Is the PTO ON/OFF switch is turned on?
•
Turn off PTO ON/OFF switch.
•
Is the battery terminal loosened or corroded?
•
Clean and tighten the terminals. Apply
grease to avoid rust
•
Is the main fuse burnt out?
•
Replace the fuse
•
Is the key switch broken?
•
Contact the dealer for repair or replacement.
•
Is the starting motor defective?
•
Contact the dealer for repair or replacement.
•
2. The motor starts, but the engine does
not start.
Is the fuel tank empty?
•
Fill up the fuel tank and drain the air.
•
Is the fuel mixed with air?
•
Drain the air from the fuel.
•
Does the engine run only when the re-
ducer lever is pulled?
•
Charge the battery.
•
3. The engine revolution is irregular.
Is the air mixed in the fuel system?
•
Drain the water and replace the fuel.
•
Is the injection nozzle clogged?
•
Have the injection nozzle repaired or replaced
•
Is the fuel lter clogged?
•
Have the fuel lter washed or replaced.
•
If the tractor is not working properly, stop the engine and carry out an inspection based on the following table.
