7. Processing results and recordings from MATRON-Light.
The results stored in the 2250-M Hand-held analyser may be presented in graphical format with
the sound recordings clearly marked.
The results may be replayed directly on the screen of the analyser or may be transferred and
stored in the Type BZ5503 Utilities software supplied with Type 2250-M Analyser and then
transferred to software packages Types 7815 Noise Explorer or 7820 Evaluator for presentation
and listening purposes.
The instructions in section 8 enable you to view and hear your results directly on the 2250-M
analyser and Section 9 provides instructions for transfer of the stored results from the 2250-M
analyser to the computer.
8. Viewing and hearing your results on Type 2250-M Analyser
8.1 Switch on the 2250-M by pressing
(On/Off).

8.5 Connect a suitable amplifier/speaker (e.g. B&K Type EG-0332 Yamaha Powered monitor
speaker) or high-quality headphones (e.g. B&K Type EG-8930 High quality headphones) to
the mini-jack signal output socket as shown here:
8.6 You should now be able to see your results on the screen of the instrument as here:
