7. Kβ-part: Determine the intensity ratio of Cu-Kβ/Cu-Kα1/2 of LC_LL0d198-UL0d222.brml:
Here: 4.536/302.6 = 0.013 (Limit I-ratio < 0.02)
8. Kα-ratio: Determine the intensity ratio of Cu-Kα1/2 LC_ LL0d198-UL0d222.brml / LC_LL0d12-
UL0d32.brml: Here 302.6/371.5 = 0.81 (Limit I-ratio > 0.75)
In the same way these values can be determined for other wavelengths or detector settings according
to tables Table 6.1, Table 6.2 and Table 6.3.
