INSTALLATION MANUAL DD700
Replacing 1 cell
It might be necessary to replace one cell inside the plant. In this case, the
angular coefficient for the replaced cell can be calculated without calibrating all
the other cells.
Proceed as follows:
Unload the scale and press READY.
The display views the cells arranged in sequence and without identification
number. This display remains as long as necessary to acquire the minimum
dead load.
Load the sample weight on the replaced cell when the terminal requests it
and press READY to acquire its value.
load the sample weight on the cell diametrically opposite the cell to be
replaced when the terminal requests it and press READY.
The terminal calculates the angular coefficient for the replaced cell
Press SAVE to record the angular coefficient on the terminal and on the cell
If the value of the angular coefficient is outside of the admitted tolerance, the
terminal will indicate it.
Press REPEAT to repeat the calculation.
Switch the terminal off

Angular
coefficient
Next to the identification number of each individual cell, the following are
indicated:
the correction made on the cell by means of the angular calibration of the
recorded cell.
the same correction recorded on the terminal.
The angular coefficient values of the cells recorded on the terminal can be
modified.
Proceed as follows.
press EDIT.
enter the cell No. to be changed as explained in the chapter Use of the
terminal in the user manual and press the key to confirm
enter the numerical value of the modified coefficient as explained in the
chapter Use of the terminal in the user manual and press the key
to confirm
the
arrow allows you to copy the angular coefficient values of the cells
recorded on the terminal on the angular coefficient values recorded on the
cells
