After eliminating the fault, restart the device
for normal operating

Temperature too high Observe max. ambient temperature /
medium temperature; if required reduce duty
cycle (see derating curve)
When activating standard:
After eliminating the fault to cancel the red
flashing LED, restart the device (isolate from
power supply)
When activating position controller and
process controller:
If the device temperature drops below the
set limit after cooling, the fault is automati-
cally deleted by the device
Standard signal is < 4 mA; cable break Check cable for possible lose connections
Fault with position measuring system Check cables in the device for possible
loose connections
