5.4 Load

The nominal weight of an adult person is 75 kg, while a child is 37.5 kg.

5.5 Engine and propeller
The maximum permitted engine power of Buster boats is as follows:

Mount the engine and select the propeller in accordance with the guidelines of the engine

5.6 Stabilityandpreventionofooding
5.6.1 Openings in the hull and deck
The bushings are detailed in Appendix 1, Figure 2, along with the locations of spigots
and stop-cocks.
The Buster Lx, L1, L2, M2, S, S1, and Scc have one drain hole.
The Buster Mini uses Easy Bail valves. Other Buster models use removable blanking plugs.
The drain holes must be closed if the boat begins to take on water during loading. In all other
circumstances the drain holes must be open. Make sure that you regularly remove any waste
that has become lodged in the drain holes to prevent blockages. The cockpits of the Buster
M2onlyenablerainwatertoruno󰀨whentheboatsarenotloaded.Thedrainholesshouldbe
closedwhenboardingtheboat.OntheBusterMini,waterowsfromthecockpitintothebilge,
where it is emptied using a bailer or dynamic drainage (see section 5.6.2 (Bilge pumps and
draining)).
All Buster models except the Mini have a threaded stopper at the lower corner of the transom, which
can be unscrewed to allow the boat to be drained in dock or on a trailer.
