MAINTENANCE
For the cleanliness of the resin, the best water quality and the protection of your adviser, BWT has deve-
loped the AQA Clean kit to follow on demand (follow the instructions for use with the AQA Clean kit, option).
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Periodically check the TH and the raw water and softened water chlorides and make consequent modifica-
tions, if necessary, to the softener regeneration parameters.
Whenever necessary, refill the salt tank. The salt level must always be greater than that of the water contai-
ned in the salt tank without exceeding the top of the brine well so as to leave free access to the brine
regulator.
At least once every 6 months: take advantage of refilling the salt tank to empty, clean and disinfect it, after
refilling with salt, by introducing bleach into the brine regulator chimney.
POWER CUT
In case of a power cut during a regeneration, this process restarts at the beginning of the ongoing step. In
case of a power cut during service, the softener will restart also in service.
MAINTENANCE
Some components undergo normal ageing inherent to the operation of the appliance. These components,
also called operating and/or wearing parts must be regularly replaced by someone qualified and authorised
to perform this operation.
The operating and wearing parts are excluded from our general guaranteed conditions (unless excepted or in
special cases).
